Projects of the Municipality of Garnich

The redevelopment project for “Rue des Sacrifiés” in Garnich calls for the complete renovation of the street. This includes the replacement of the combined sewer system, the water main, and the utility networks for the municipality of Garnich (reserve and street lighting), as well as the renewal of the pavement and the planting of new trees. There are also plans to redesign the street as a “30 km/h” zone. The project, covering a total length of approximately 400 meters, includes the following work: -Demolition of existing pavement -Felling of existing trees if necessary -Earthwork and construction of necessary formwork -Redesign of sidewalks using shot-blasted concrete pavers -Resurfacing the roadway with asphalt -Resurfacing the parking lanes/spaces with eco-pavers -Resurfacing the road intersections with asphalt and a 5 mm layer of “epoxy,” along with a platform featuring narrowed access points -Planting new trees -Adaptations and finishing work along the boundaries of adjacent/private properties.
