Bicycle tours
Under the law of July 6, 1999, establishing a national network of bicycle paths, the Department of Public Works was tasked with creating a coherent national bicycle network connecting the various regions with their main economic and tourist hubs and linking the various municipal bicycle path networks. The national coverage of this network is intended to ensure consistency in efforts in this area, guarantee a uniform and high standard for these trails, and, above all, enable municipal authorities to connect to the national network, thereby facilitating the interconnection of trails across municipalities.

TheElsy Jacobs Festival(also known as the Elsy Jacobs Grand Prix in some years) is a women's cycling race held annually in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, including in the municipality of Garnich.

Established in 2008, the Elsy Jacobs Grand Prix is held in honor of former cyclist Elsy Jacobs, the 1958 Road World Champion and holder of the hour record from 1958 to 1972.
